Childcare and animation programs

Summer belongs to children at Vavřinec. In summer holidays, animation programs run every afternoon for free. Children can look forward to creative activities, games and exercise.

We also offer private childcare on request – 400 CZK/hour. (Please book private childcare at the reception 24 hours in advance.) Reserve private childcare for Sunday and enjoy the possibility of a late check-out for free until 4 PM.

The aparthotel has a kids’ corner right next to the restaurant and also a large teenagers’ playroom with a lounge in Sněžka. The program is suitable for children from 3 to 10 years old.

Our animator offers children a variety of activities and also tailors the program to the children’s interests and wishes. Children can engage in activities that support fine and gross motor skills, creativity, imagination, memory, attention, teamwork, self-care, and independence, all while learning new knowledge and skills – all through play.

Friday and Saturday
16:00 – 18:30 Board and card games, riddles and puzzles, pantomime, making friendship bracelets and lots of other fun according to the current program
19:00 – 20:30 Children’s cinema

In October, we have prepared a special Halloween program for all our little guests. You can look forward to pumpkin carving, spooky baking and a terrifying fairy tale screening. Every day from Sunday 26 October to Saturday 1 November, from 4 pm to 9 pm.

What about free time?

Feel free to enjoy a massage or relax in the wellness area. Savor a delicious coffee without interruptions and worries. Simply do whatever makes you happy. However, please note that animation programs do not replace private childcare. The animators are not responsible for children attending the animation programs during their stay.

Private Childcare

At Aparthotel Svatý Vavřinec, we also provide private childcare. Simply book the service at the reception in person or by calling +420 491 481 650. Please book the private childcare service 24 hours in advance at the reception.

During private childcare, animator Terka will dedicate herself solely to your child and prepare a “tailor-made” program based on their interests.

Price: 400 CZK / hour.

Meet animator Terka

Animator Terka studied special education and then continued her studies in preschool education at university. She is also interested in studying various educational approaches and child psychology, which reflects in her work with children. In addition, she has led several extracurricular clubs, camps, nature schools, worked in non-profit organizations, and has experience in tutoring. She continuously educates herself and improves the programs based on past experiences and newly acquired knowledge.
