Hit the slopes or cross-country trails

Whether you’re a downhill skiing enthusiast or prefer exploring snowy landscapes on cross-country skis, Pec pod Sněžkou is a great starting point for your winter adventures. SkiResort ČERNÁ HORA – PEC offers 50 km of slopes covered by a single ski pass. You’ll also find equipment rental, ski servicing and ski schools. Cross-country skiers can enjoy groomed trails along the Krkonoše Ski Route as well as other cross-country loops in the surrounding area.

In Pec, you’ll find more than 14 km of slopes for all levels. When snow conditions are good, you can ski all the way to Vavřinec via the ski route.

Convenient ski bus connection

Getting to the slopes in Pec and the surrounding area is easy with the free ski bus. It stops just a short walk from Vavřinec and can take you to:

• the LIVE Park Javor, where ski lessons are also held,
• evening skiing at Javor,
• the Relaxpark bobsleigh track,
• other SkiResort LIVE slopes in Velká Úpa, Svoboda nad Úpou, Janské Lázně and Černý Důl.

Would you like to ski in more than one resort in a single day? SkiTour is a quick and easy way to get between the resorts – and it’s free with your ski pass.

In the morning, take the ski bus (around 30 minutes) to Janské Lázně and ski on Černá Hora. When you’re ready to head back to Pec, get off at the top station of the Černohorský Express cable car. From there, a snowcat will take you to Kiosek U staré lanovky. Continue on skis to just below Kolínská bouda, where another snowcat will take you to Pražská bouda. From there, you can ski straight back to the slopes in Pec.
