What is Aparthotel Svatý Vavřinec and where is it located?

A design-led 4-star mountain aparthotel with a warm, family atmosphere in the heart of Pec pod Sněžkou.

What is the difference between a hotel and an aparthotel?

The Aparthotel offers fully equipped apartments with a kitchenette – ideal for longer stays or families. Yet, it also provides hotel services – wellness, a restaurant, reception, breakfast, etc.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: from 15:00

Check-out: by 11:00

Should your arrival be outside of our reception hours, please kindly inform us in advance.

Is this hotel family-friendly?

Yes, the hotel is very family-oriented, featuring a children’s play area, a games room for teenagers, and a virtual reality zone. For our youngest guests, we offer animation programs all summer long.

What types of apartments are available?

A diverse range from studios (2–4 guests) to multi-room apartments accommodating up to 8 guests, including options with a hot tub or sauna.

Can I stay with my dog?

Yes, the hotel is pet-friendly. A fee of 350 CZK/night applies for stays with a dog, and we kindly ask that you inform us when booking.

Do the apartments have a balcony or a terrace?

Our diverse range of apartments each comes with a balcony or terrace, some offering breathtaking views of the mountains or the charming center of Pec pod Sněžkou. When booking, we recommend letting us know if you prefer a specific view or outdoor seating, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Is parking available?

Yes. The aparthotel offers both underground garage parking and outdoor parking spaces directly on site. One parking space is allocated per booking. Parking is charged at 250 CZK/night/car, and we recommend booking it in advance (especially during high season).

We also offer an electric vehicle charging station.

Do you offer discount codes?

Yes, discount codes can be used when booking through our official website. You enter the code in the first step of the booking process (field “Promo code”). If the code is valid, the discount will be automatically deducted from the price.

Discount codes are valid only for online bookings through our website.

How to get a discount code?

Discount codes are available in the newsletter, on social media, as part of campaigns, or from partners.

Can I use the wellness and massage facilities even if I'm not a guest?

Yes – Krkonoše wellness and massages are also available to non-residents, and everything can be conveniently booked online. We recommend booking in advance.

What wellness treatments are offered?

Included are a hot tub, Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam sauna, Kneipp path, ice fountain, relaxation room, and a bar area.

Do you also have private wellness for parties?

Yes, we offer a private hot tub with a relaxation zone (capacity up to 6 people), or you can reserve the entire wellness zone exclusively for yourselves.

Is wellness suitable for children?

Children may use the wellness area only under adult supervision. Every day from 18:00, the wellness area transforms into a tranquil zone exclusively for adults seeking undisturbed relaxation.

Who provides the massages?

Our massages are performed by professional certified therapists, who specialize in various techniques – from classic and relaxation massage to sports or aroma massage.

Is wellness access included in the accommodation price?

For some stay packages, yes, wellness is included. Otherwise, wellness services are charged separately according to our current price list.

Can I have breakfast even if I'm not staying with you?

Yes. Our buffet breakfasts are also open to the public. We recommend making a reservation in advance, especially during peak season.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegetarian meals?

Yes, we also offer selected dishes in gluten-free or vegetarian options. We recommend informing our staff when placing your order.

Do you host special culinary events?

Yes, throughout the year, we host themed evenings, wine and rum tastings, and seasonal menus. Our current program is published on our website and social media.

May I bring my dog to the restaurant or for breakfast?

Yes, dogs are welcome here. We kindly ask that dogs remain on a leash and under supervision at all times while in the restaurant.

Do you host corporate events or weddings?

Yes, our hotel offers versatile conference spaces for up to 300 guests, complete with air conditioning and state-of-the-art technical equipment.
