Who wouldn’t love a proper, juicy burger? It was exactly for the flavour you’re now imagining that our Bistro Vavřinec was created. A place with the atmosphere of urban street food and the scent of the mountains. It’s open to everyone who’s hungry, not just our hotel guests. Stop by on your way back from a hike and treat yourself to the best burger under Sněžka. We’ll be happy to prepare everything for takeaway as well.

A proper burger made from meat from Basařovi Farm, a handmade brioche bun, homemade sauces, crispy fries, and a drink in hand? That’s what we think a weekend gastronomic symphony sounds like.

The bistro runs in the style of iconic American diners, but with its own mountain twist. We prepare everything from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. A sunny terrace with views of the forests beneath Sněžka and the sound of the river, DJs, cocktails, and even alcoholic slushies.

Our tip: Try the famous Vavřinec beef burger – it’s simply a legend. But we also think of vegetarians: you’ll still be raving about our fried gouda in a bun on Wednesday.
