A hearty burger made from meat from the Basařovi farm, which we age ourselves, a homemade brioche, homemade sauces, cheddar croquettes, and a drink in your hand? The bistro is modeled after iconic American diners or Karlín food spots, but with its own mountain twist. Everything is prepared from fresh, local ingredients. A sunny terrace overlooking the forests below Sněžka and the murmuring river, DJs, cocktails, and even gazpacho popsicles that you won’t find anywhere else.
