At Vavřinec, we believe food should be an experience worth coming back for. Our modern cuisine is built around bold flavours, quality ingredients and creative combinations. Fire plays an important role in our kitchen. We prepare our steaks on an X-Oven charcoal grill using charcoal made from exotic woods, giving the meat a deep flavour profile and distinctive aroma. We source our meat from the Basařovi Farm in the Krkonoše region, which shows in its quality and taste. But an evening with us doesn’t end with the main course. Continue with a glass of wine from our extensive wine cellar, a stop at the rum bar or perhaps a sweet finishing touch. At Vavřinec, it’s not just about having a meal. It’s about truly enjoying it.

Visiting Pec? Stop by for lunch! We serve our lunch menu from 12:00 to 16:00. The menu always features a selection of several meat dishes and at least one vegetarian option. We also cater to our youngest guests.

Wine and Rum Cellar

Adjacent to the restaurant, you’ll discover a wonderfully stocked wine cellar that will delight every wine lover – as we boast a selection of over 1200 bottles from renowned European and overseas wineries. You’ll find premium wines from Italy, France, Germany, Austria, as well as from Moravia, or biodynamic wines from small family wineries in Slovenia or Spain. The selection is carefully curated for us by the Vinit team, who regularly bring us unique pieces that you won’t find in regular distribution.

Vavřinec also features a rum cellar with over 40 types of premium rums from the Caribbean, South America, and unconventional regions.
